About
Independent Canadian Fee-For-Service Financial Planning & Wealth Coaching
Money and well-being are deeply connected. Let’s work together to bring yours into alignment.
Mental Wealth Meets Financial Stability
We help clients navigate life changes, take control of their financial wellness, and build the foundation for lasting stability and wealth.
Our work starts by looking beyond a client’s current financial situation to examine their strengths, challenges, and overall beliefs, objectives, and life goals, and then charting a customized path to get them there.
This is anchored in the principles of financial therapy, which addresses our attitudes and beliefs about money for lasting changes and long-term fiscal success.
Our Approach: Independent, Client-Centered Advice
We are committed to providing financial planning and guidance that is rooted in integrity and free from institutional bias.
Our advice is always guided by your best interests, not sales quotas or external pressure. Our priority is to ensure your financial plan aligns with your values, goals, and long-term well-being.
We serve clients across Canada through a fully virtual approach, making expert guidance accessible and convenient, no matter where you are.

Be the Change: Get Involved with Our Help a Client in Need Program
The Help a Client in Need serves individuals and families who will greatly benefit from personal wellness support, but are not able to afford our services.
It may seem like an impossible situation — but it’s not. That’s all thanks to the support of our generous community of clients who choose to donate part of their financial planning fee to those who need it the most. Usually, just 3 to 4 clients, along with our volunteer time, can make an impactful change in someone else’s life.
Our Community
We’re proud to be part of the Financial Planning Association of Canada and to have strong relationships with professional associations, investment managers, counselors, and other complimentary wellness professionals nationwide.
